1. Polyester filter cloth for plate and frame filter press
   is divided into polyester filament filter cloth, polyester staple fiber filter cloth.
Polyester staple fiber filter cloth material properties: acid resistance, weak alkali resistance. It has good abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and recovery properties, and poor electrical conductivity. The temperature resistance of polyester fibers is generally 130---150 degrees Celsius. This product has the unique advantages of ordinary felt filter cloth, and has very good wear resistance. It has a high cost performance and has become the most used felt filter material. Variety. Heat resistance: 120℃, breaking elongation (%): 20-50, breaking strength (g/d): 438, melting point (℃): 238·240, melting point (℃): 255-260. Specific gravity: 1.38. Filtration performance: The raw material structure of polyester staple fiber filter cloth is short and woolly, and the woven fabric is dense, with good particle retention, but poor peeling and air permeability. 2. Nylon filter cloth
   Nylon fiber has high strength, the strength is 4-5.3 Cndtex. The elongation rate is 18%-45%. At 10% elongation, the elastic co-recovery rate is above 90%. The strength of nylon is the strongest among the fibers. According to measurement, the abrasion resistance of nylon fiber is 10 times that of cotton fiber and 50 times that of viscose. Abrasion resistance ranks first among many kinds of fibers, so pressing together with rubber is an ideal material for making automobile tires. Nylon fiber is resistant to strong alkali and weak acid. After being treated with NaoH (10%) at 95℃ for 16 hours, the strength loss is negligible, but nylon is not light fast and easy to change color and become brittle. Therefore, nylon fabrics should not be exposed to sunlight for a long time. Nylon 66 cannot be used in pharmaceutical and food manufacturers because it is toxic and harmful to human health   Application: rubber, ceramics, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, etc.
   3. Polypropylene filter cloth
Filter cloth classification: polypropylene staple fiber filter cloth; polypropylene long fiber filter cloth.
Filtration performance: polypropylene staple fiber, short fiber, spun yarn ribbon hair; polypropylene long fiber, long fiber, the formed yarn is smooth, so the industrial cloth made of polypropylene staple fiber, the cloth surface is hairy, powder filtering and pressure The filtering effect is better than that of long fiber. The industrial cloth made of polypropylene long fiber has a smooth surface and good air permeability.
Fourth, vinylon filter cloth
Performance: The chemical name of vinylon filter cloth is polyvinyl alcohol. Its strength is lower than that of polyester, and its strength is only 3.52-5.72 Cndtex. The elongation at break is 12% to 25%. Poor elasticity, poor fabric shape retention, good abrasion resistance, and durability 1-2 times that of pure cotton. But one of the biggest advantages is that it can withstand the action of strong alkali, has good moisture absorption, and is easy to combine with rubber. It is a good material used in the rubber industry. Its disadvantage is that the temperature is low, and the temperature is 100 ℃. Shrinkage, not acid resistant.
Uses: Used for manufacturers with strong alkalinity and rubber industry.
